PRIOR to Aircraft Movement
1. Identify yourself as the “Person in Charge” and as the person who is responsible for aircraft movement.
2. Conduct Operational Risk Safety Briefing . To include:
a. Minimum 2 person crew
b. Sterile Flight Line / Sterile Hanger
c. Instruct crew to yell “Stop” if anyone should see any hazardous situation such as conflicting aircraft, object, or structures which could damage the aircraft during movement.
d. Mandatory 360 degree walk around the aircraft Visually inspect all 4 cardinal points for safe clearance from any obstacles along the entire path of the intended aircraft movement.
